What can I use this service for?
Use this tool to calculate an estimated fee for a planning appeal. You can use this service if your application was refused, approved with conditions, or not decided within the statutory timeframe. It is only relevant if your application:
- was for a major development
- was decided by a planning committee
- involved something not eligible for local review
